Releasing blocked mail

open up putty (ssh client)
ssh to the server smtp-antispam-01.gam.co.za

login with these details
sysadm
$cde56nhy89#
Sudo su –
$cde56nhy89#

Once in type the below command with the date at the end changed to the date found within the gam.co.za-Attachment-Warning.txt and press enter
cd /var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine/20080305

type the below command with the message code after cd changed to the message code found within the gam.co.za-Attachment-Warning.txt and press enter
cd 732C18E43EB.6A141

Type this command and change the email@domain.co.za to send the mail to the intended recipient also found in the gam.co.za-Attachment-Warning.txt and press enter
sendmail -t -i email@domain.co.za < message

once done reply to the client and ask them to confirm that the blocked attachments have been received.
